As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services./liliIdentify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information./liliStay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm./liliFollow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents./liliProvide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options./liliMaintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions./liliEnsure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards./liliPrepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliPrevious telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry./liliCommunication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software./liliBasic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn./liliAbility to handle rejection and remain motivated./liliOrganizational skills to manage and track multiple leads./liliProfessional and courteous telephone manner./liliFocus on achieving targets and contributing to the agencys growth./li/ulpCompensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour/ph3About Our Agency/h3ulliOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams./liliOur office is located in Ladson, SC./li/ulpApply now and let us put you on the path to success.
