This role is for someone who is comfortable hearing no, walking into offices, and continuing to build relationships until they earn the business. SERVPRO is a nationally recognized leader in:/pulliWater damage restoration/liliFire damage restoration/liliMold remediation/liliBiohazard cleanup/liliReconstruction services/li/ulpWe help businesses and property owners recover from disasters and emergencies./ppThis is a relationship-driven outside sales role focused on building long-term partnerships with professionals who manage or maintain commercial properties. You will spend most of your time in the field networking and meeting with property managers, facility directors, plumbers, insurance professionals, and other referral partners. Many companies already have existing vendor relationships. Your job is to introduce SERVPRO, build trust, remain consistent with follow-ups, and earn opportunities over time. You will be responsible for developing and growing your own territory by building relationships with commercial decision makers and becoming a trusted resource before disasters occur./pp Build relationships with commercial referral partners/pp Prospect and network within the local business community/pp Meet with property managers, facility directors, and maintenance teams/pp Develop partnerships with plumbers and fire sprinkler contractors/pp Generate commercial mitigation and reconstruction opportunities/pp Attend networking events and industry functions/pp Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners/pp Track contacts and activity using CRM systems/ppKey referral partners:/pulliProperty management companies/liliFacility managers and maintenance directors/liliCommercial plumbers/liliFire sprinkler companies/liliInsurance agents and adjusters/liliHotels, hospitals, and senior living facilities/liliCommercial office and industrial properties/li/ulpThe right candidate will be:/pp Comfortable hearing we already have a vendor and continuing to build the relationship/pp Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups/pp Able to handle rejection without losing motivation/pp Confident walking into offices and introducing themselves/pp Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people throughout the day/pp Driven to build long-term partnerships/pp Self-motivated and able to manage their own territory/pp Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to represent the company professionally with clients and referral partners/ppSuccess in this role requires someone who does not give up easily and understands that todays no can become tomorrows opportunity./ppPreferred backgrounds:/pulliCommercial B2B sales/liliConstruction or restoration sales/liliFacility services sales/liliHVAC or plumbing industry sales/liliProperty management vendor sales/li/ulpCompensation
