This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role where your success comes from showing up consistently, building trust, and helping customers solve real problems they already care about. You'll follow a planned daily route across the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis, meeting with property managers and facility teams who control repair decisions. Our service is simple, highly visual, and easy to stand behindonce people see the results, they tend to keep calling you back. No prior sales experience is required. If you bring strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn, we'll train you to succeed. Compensation & Benefits $62,000$92,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) Base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses Your base is guaranteed; your upside grows with your accounts Paid holidays + minimum 10 days PTO (increasing with tenure) Full-time schedule with predictable business hours No nights, no weekends Car stipend + medical, phone, and clothing stipends Structured onboarding + national training at Surface Experts HQ Weekly 1:1 coaching and ongoing sales development Dedicated support team for admin so you can stay focused on selling Weekly team meetings (with breakfast provided) + birthday lunch What Your Day Looks Like Start your morning by planning your route and reviewing follow-ups from the previous day Visit 1215 properties daily across areas like Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Edina, Hopkins, and St. Louis Park Walk into apartment communities, maintenance offices, and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships Ask thoughtful questions to understand each property's repair needs and priorities Follow up with contacts, keep your pipeline active, and turn early conversations into long-term accounts Log visits, notes, and next steps in our CRM system before wrapping up your day Attend a weekly team meeting to review wins, numbers, and coaching insights What Makes You Successful Here People-oriented & confident
