Our healthcare partner is looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join their team on a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse patient population, including general and vascular surgery, bariatric surgery, plastic surgery, trauma, and stroke care.

As a valued member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care that focuses on safety and quality outcomes. The unit promotes a healthy work environment through teamwork and positivity, with an active Unit Based Council that supports professional growth and development.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Engage in lifelong learning through certification and advanced practice
• Demonstrate leadership and serve as a clinical resource and role model
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams
• Enhance time management skills to contribute to team performance
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Michigan license verification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
