We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated salesperson. You will receive a base salary plus uncapped commission with additional bonus opportunities. Job Duties: Travels to estimates throughout the designated territory on time Prices new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit with the prospect Returns incoming phone calls in a professional manner, within 8 business hours of call. Provides product differentiation to customer throughout selling process (assists customer in understanding exactly what they are paying for and why it is a superior product.) Effectively sells the company's services to the customer in a competitive atmosphere by understanding the customers' needs and selling to satisfy those needs Maintains consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids. Gets a "yes" or a "no" on all bids Spends 10-20% of time on business development and lead generation by attending community events and building referral relationships Sets and achieves goals for sales volumes, closing rates and gross profits The ideal Gutter Installation Sales Representative candidate will: Have a positive attitude Be customer focused Be results-driven and deadline-focused Prior sales experience Be a team player Possess excellent people and communication skills Have a desire to grow and develop with the company Be tech-savvy Have the desire to maintain a positive work culture for all Have a great sense of humor Experience in field sales a plus The minimum Gutter Installation Sales Representative requirements are: Valid driver's license Working vehicle 18 years of age The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a rapidly growing, locally owned, and operated franchise with multiple locations across the country.
