That means as a Physical Therapy Assistant with CareOne, youll enjoy:/pulliCollaboration every day with nursing and clinical staff for stronger patient outcomes./liliConsistency and stabilityyoure part of our team, not a rotating agency./liliCareer advancement opportunities across our large, multi-state network./liliSupportive culture where therapists are valued as essential members of the care team./li/ulpThe Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) overall responsibility is to provide care to the resident at the highest level./ppPosition Information/ppHiring for all shifts: Full Time, Part Time with Benefits Per Diem/ppMin $30/hr - Max $45/hr/ppCompensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule/ppLocation: Newton, MA/ppFacility: CareOne at Newton/ppPractice Setting: (Short Term Rehab, Assisted Living, LTACH, Long Term Care) Essential Duties and Responsibilities/pulliProvides rehabilitation care within all general accepted practice methods, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards./liliImplements treatment plans as outlined by the supervising therapist./liliProvides feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues./liliParticipates in the screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practices./liliParticipates in all center directed processes and services./liliShows effective management of treatment and non-treatment related activities./liliPerforms necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements./liliMaintains complete, accurate and timely billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements/liliParticipates in in-service training programs as requested/liliMay travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis/li/ulpPosition Requirements/pulliAssociates Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program./liliCurrent and Active Physical Therapy Assistant license within the state of operations./liliPrefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation./liliPrefer knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings./li/ulpWhy CareOne?/ppCareOne is a trusted leader in skilled nursing, short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted living, LTACH, and sub-acute care.
