About the RoleWe're hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Centennial, CO to join our fast-paced, performance-driven sales team. Whether you're a recent college grad or transitioning careers, this is your chance to break into B2B/tech sales with award-winning training, strong earning potential, and clear paths to leadership.
Although the job title is Sales Development Representative, this is a full-cycle sales role. You'll prospect, run meetings, build proposals, and close businessnot just set appointments.
What You'll Do- Start each day with strategy, planning, and team training in office
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
- Learn and present POA's full range of hardware, software, and managed solutions to clients
- Customize proposals to match the unique needs of each client
- Deliver excellent follow-up and customer care to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Engage in daily prospectingboth virtually and in personto grow your pipeline
A typical week might include:
- High-volume outbound activity (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Researching and qualifying accounts in your territory
- In-person meetings with local businesses in your assigned territory
- Ongoing coaching and training with your manager and team
- Highly motivated, energetic, and ready to hit goals
- Entrepreneurial thinker with a desire to control your income
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic sales organization
- Driven by competition, achievement, and team success
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 03 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles
- Background in athletics, student organizations, or other high-involvement activities a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Guaranteed income during ramp-up period through a non-recoverable draw (not required to be paid back)
- Transition into uncapped commission structure once fully ramped
- Typical first-year earnings: $65,000$85,000+, based on performance
- Top performers consistently earn $100K+ annually with uncapped commission
