Rheumatology Ma-C - Bothell, Wa

This position is available to local and non-local candidates. Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is required, will not accept MA-R. There may be an opportunity to join the clinic permanently at the end of the contract if all goes well.

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 4x10hr Days, 0700-1700 (Mon-Thurs, Fri OFF; no weekends or holidays, no call)

Every other Tuesday shift during this contract will be at the Totem Lake clinic (12910 Totem Lake Blvd NE, Suite 101, Kirkland, WA 98034).

Years of Experience Required: At least 6 months of experience working as an MA in an adult outpatient clinic is required.

First-Timers Accepted: Yes

Weekend Required: No; Schedule is Monday - Thursday

Certifications Required: BLS

Is on-call Required? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Possibly, as needed within skillset to cover for another provider

Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate

Pending License Accepted: No, MA-C in-hand required at time of signature

RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager

Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

Special Notes:

Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation (not public transportation) as they will be expected to float between clinics.

Candidate is expected to have no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

MA will be supporting a provider who is extremely busy. This role demands strong attention to detail due to its significant administrative responsibilities.
