Your day-to-day work will directly impact our patients health and experience./pulliPrepare exam rooms: sanitize, stock supplies, and ensure medications/vaccines are ready for the day/liliReview upcoming appointments and identify gaps in care (mammograms, colonoscopies, immunizations, etc.)/liliEscort patients to rooms and manage patient flow to maximize efficiency/liliTake and record vitals, patient history, allergies, medications, and current concerns/liliAssist with procedures, including EKGs, Holter monitors, and in-office testing/liliCollect and process lab specimens; track and document results/liliPerform quality control on equipment and testing materials/liliHelp at the front desk when needed greeting patients, answering phones, verifying insurance/liliCollaborate with providers and the care team to ensure the best patient outcomes/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliGraduation from a NYS-accredited Medical Assistant program is required/liliCurrent Medical Assistant certification preferred (NHA, AMT, AAMA, NCCT)/liliBCLS certification (in-person training only, American Heart Association)/liliStrong clinical skills including phlebotomy and aseptic technique/liliA team-first attitude and commitment to providing respectful, quality care/li/ulh2Salary Range/h2pUSD $25.66 - USD $33.36 /Hr./ph3Why Youll Love Working Here:/h3ulliBe part of a mission-driven organization rooted in compassion and excellence/liliWork with a supportive, collaborative team that values your input/liliEnjoy opportunities for growth and development within Catholic Health/liliMake a real impact in patients lives every single day/li/ul/div
