Service Advisor

We are searching for a Service Advisor in Evergreen right next to Genesee. This is a full-time position. The right person is a customer service oriented and committed to providing a great experience at the store and honesty and positively selling to our guests. Don't let the location fool you, we are only 12 minutes from Lakewood! As a Service Advisor, you will spend the majority of your day working directly with our customers, advising them on their vehicle's tire and automotive service needs. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with superb customer service and communication skills. The position focus is on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty and maximizing sales. Our store has a great reputation and we want to hire someone to help build on that reputation. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Customer Service!
  • Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experience
  • Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issues
  • Keep up to date through training and vendor publications
  • Adhere to the Big O Tire policies and procedures
  • Assist other sales or service associates as needed in an effort to exceed our customers' expectations
  • Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areas
  • Assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking
  • Maintain showroom merchandise
  • Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures
  • Sales of tires and service-related needs
