Ihr Aufgabengebiet
Pflege und Optimierung von Einkaufs- und Kreditorenstammdaten im ERP-System
Planung, Bearbeitung von Bestellvorschlägen und Beschaffung von Komponenten unter Berücksichtigung der Wiederbeschaffungszeit (WBZ)
Überwachung offener Bestellungen sowie Klärung von Preis-, Mengen- und Terminabweichungen
Sicherstellung der bedarfsgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Materialverfügbarkeit inkl. Bestandsmanagement (NWC)
Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten und interne Koordination mit Verkauf, Montage, Entwicklung und Logistik
Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungen und Einholung von Offerten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der strategischen Beschaffung
Erstellung und Überwachung von Mengenverträgen, Preisentwicklungen und Laufzeiten
Ihr Profil
Technische Grundausbildung oder fundiertes technisches Verständnis
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf und Lieferantenmanagement
Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf (z.B. eidg. dipl. Einkäufer:in o.ä.)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA von Vorteil
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Analytisch, kostenbewusst, strukturiert und kommunikationsstark
