En tant que directeur(trice) général(e), vous serez le pilier de l’équipe, garant de l’expérience résident et de l’excellence opérationnelle. Votre leadership vous permettra de poursuivre et de renforcer les initiatives en cours, un défi à la fois stimulant et humain vous attend !
Votre mission :
- Mobiliser et accompagner les chefs de service pour assurer une gestion optimale et l’évolution de l’équipe.
- Assurer la qualité des services, l’efficacité des opérations et l’amélioration continue.
- Favoriser l’engagement, la formation et la rétention des employés tout en gérant les budgets avec rigueur.
- Tisser des liens authentiques et de confiance avec les résidents, leurs familles et l’équipe.
Votre profil :
- BAC en administration.
- 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans un poste de direction général.
- Leadership inspirant, capable de mobiliser les équipes et susciter l’engagement.
- Expertise en gestion des budgets, des opérations et des enjeux financiers.
- Capacité à communiquer clairement avec une clientèle exigeante et impliquée.
- Empathie, sens politique et maintien de l’humain au cœur des décisions.
- Bilinguisme.
