Here, youll be supported in progressing whatever your ambitions./ppAs a Territory Executive in Urology at Boston Scientific, youll play a vital role in delivering innovative treatments for kidney stone management, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and other urological visualization therapies. Every 21 seconds, a patient is treated with a Boston Scientific urology productjoin us in making a difference./ppIn this role, youll drive sales revenue beyond divisional goals while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities aligned with our strategic vision. Youll collaborate across teams, maintain clinical expertise, and stay informed on products, programs, and market dynamics. Your ability to navigate both hospital and office-based settings with confidence and creativity will be key to overcoming challenges and delivering results./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliBuild trusted relationships with physicians and nurses through training, education, and promotion of cutting-edge technologies/liliCultivate connections across multiple stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem/liliEstablish and maintain strategic relationships in key accounts, aligning actions with organizational goals/liliDevelop and execute quarterly business plans to meet revenue targets and business objectives/liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities that reflect the companys vision and priorities/liliCollaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes/liliDemonstrate clinical excellence in relevant disease states/liliStay current on Boston Scientific products, programs, and competitive landscape/liliAdapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment/liliManage territory with integrity and in compliance with our Code of Conduct/liliUtilize tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales enablement platforms/liliConduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel Entertainment (TE) guidelines, AdvaMed policies, and company integrity standards/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliMinimum 5 years of direct sales experience/liliBachelors degree/liliProven track record of sales success/liliStrong oral and written communication skills/liliHigh initiative and creativity; ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision/liliWillingness to travel 12 overnights per week/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliMinimum 5 years of medical device sales experience/liliDemonstrated leadership capabilities/liliExperience selling in hospital, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and office-based settings/liliFamiliarity with local Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts/liliAbility to present a compelling value proposition with both financial and clinical impact/liliExperience selling disruptive technologies/liliBackground in consultative sales/liliProficiency with CRM tools/li/ulpThe anticipated annualized base amount for this full time position will be $121,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs./p/div
