Zur Ergänzung unserer Sparte Bus & Trolley suchen wir einen prozessorientierten Projektleiter für das Team Process Improvement.
Sind Sie technisch versiert, prozessorientiert und erfahren im industriellen Umfeld? Dann passen Sie perfekt zu uns! Als Projektleiter im Team Process Improvement tragen Sie dazu bei, Qualität und Termintreue in unserer Busproduktion durch den Einsatz von Lean-Management-Methoden kontinuierlich zu steigern. Mit Ihrem Know-how und Ihrer Erfahrung helfen Sie aktiv mit, dass am Standort Bellach und in unserem zweiten Montagewerk in Portugal auch künftig Elektrobusse auf höchstem Niveau gebaut werden
Deine Aufgaben
Erarbeitung und Umsetzung einer Lean-Produktion in der Bus Montage
Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Realisierung von fliessenderen Prozessen in den verschiedenen Fertigungsgruppen
Sicherstellung einer höheren Effizienz in der Bus Montage durch Ablaufänderungen und Optimierungen
Optimierung des Warenflusskonzeptes in Abstimmung mit der Materialwirtschaft
Verankern der Arbeitsplatzorganisation nach dem Modell 5S
Umsetzung des Lean-Produktion an unserem Produktionsstandort in Portugal
Projektbezogene Tätigkeit in Portugal (Reiseanteil 30-60%)
Unsere Anforderungen
Abgeschlossene beruflichen Grundbildung in der Industrie
Weiterbildung im Bereich Prozesstechnik
Mehrjährige Berufs- und Projektleitungserfahrung
Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Portugiesisch von Vorteil)
Bereitschaft für regelmässige Diensteisen nach Portugal
Produktions- und Prozessorientierte Persönlichkeit
Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen
