Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Fehraltorf einen:
Process Engineer Contract Packaging (a, 100%)
Ihre Tätigkeit bei uns:
Fachliche Führung des zugeteilten Produktionsprozesses im Bereich Contract Packaging in enger Absprache mit der Produktionsleitung
Koordination & Mithilfe beim Erarbeiten, schulen, implementieren und optimieren der elektronischen EBR- Prozessdokumentation
Verantwortlich für die Einführung neuer Produktionsprozesse, Prozessabläufe und Sicherstellung des Transfers von neuen Produkten
Begleitung und Unterstützung bei Produktionsversuchen in Absprache mit der Abteilung Engineering
Hinterfragen der aktuellen Prozesse sowie leiten und koordinieren der ausgearbeiteten potenziellen kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierungen
Mitwirkung bei der Ermittlung von Fehlursachen und Definition korrektiver Massnahmen
Erstellen, Prüfen und Überarbeiten von Produktionsrelevanten Dokumenten (SOP)
Mithilfe bei der Durchführung der Produkte- und Prozess-Risikobeurteilungen
Kundenseitige Kommunikation bei ausserordentlichen Produktionsvorkommnissen resp. fördert entsprechenden kundenseitigen Austausch
Abwicklung von kundenseitigen Reklamationen und internen Produktionsabweichungen, durchführen von Ursachenanalysen
Das bringen Sie mit:
Fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP-Produktionsbereichen (Medizintechnik / Pharma)
Abgeschlossenes Studium technischer Fachrichtung oder äquivalente Berufserfahrung
Weiterbildung im Lean Management (Lean Master, Green Belt usw.)
Hands-on Mentalität, nahe am Puls der Produktion mit grossen Interessen an den Prozessen
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, Wort und Schrift (Niveau: Deutsch B2, Englisch B1)
Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick und koordinative Fähigkeiten hinsichtlich einer kostenoptimierten Produktionsleistung
