JOB SUMMARY:
Assist patients by providing services to restore function and ability to perform daily activities, improve mobility, relieve pain and limit permanent physical disabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Current and Valid License as an Occupational Therapist in TN Required
· Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy Required
· 1 Year of Related Experience Preferred
