WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Here, you won’t just respond to customer inquiries or generate work orders. You’ll be a cornerstone of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, where every interaction is an opportunity to assist, advise, and build lasting trust. 

Your role will go far beyond managing repairs and planning schedules. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, promoting our services, and contributing to their success. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: 

  • Experience as a technical advisor (in the agricultural or industrial field) is considered an asset. 

  • A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector. 

  • Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role. 

  • Strong skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, thoroughness in your research, and a true passion for customer service!
