Functieomschrijving:
Als Senior Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Je zult betrokken zijn bij een aantal van de volgende taken:
- Ondersteunen en vervangen van de ploegleider bij afwezigheid;
- Signaleren, verhelpen en/of melden van storingen;
- Optimaliseren van productielijnen (output en overgewicht);
- Uitvoeren en bewaken van kwaliteitscontroles;
- Zorgen voor voldoende grondstoffen tijdens het proces;
- (Assisteren bij) ombouwen van machines;
- Opstarten, instellen, bijstellen en stilzetten van productielijnen, en bijdragen aan een schone en veilige werkomgeving.
Functievereisten:
De ideale senior operator voor deze functie beschikt over het volgende:
- MBO niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur VAPRO B / Operator B of vergelijkbaar);
- Kennis van extrusieprocessen;
- Technisch sterk en analytisch vermogen;
- Leergierige en flexibele instelling;
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke (senior) operatorrol is een pré;
- Beschikt over competenties zoals doorzettingsvermogen, probleemanalyse, oog voor detail, samenwerken, verantwoordelijkheid en betrokkenheid.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
Bij deze functie mag je de volgende voorwaarden verwachten:
- Een salaris tussen de € 3.800,- en € 4.400,- incl. ploegentoeslag bij een 5-ploegendienst;
- Werken binnen een stabiele en groeiende organisatie;
- 13e maand bij behalen van ondernemingsdoelstellingen;
- Reiskostenvergoeding en niet-ziek bonus (tot €200 per kwartaal);
- Marktconforme pensioenregeling en collectieve ziektekostenverzekering;
