Licensed Customer Sales & Service Representative Locally Owned Allstate Agency Join a successful, locally owned Allstate agency where relationships matter and growth is encouraged. We are looking for a Licensed Customer Sales & Service Representative who is energetic, professional, and motivated to deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping our business grow. What You’ll Do Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Conduct outbound follow-up calls to assist customers and resolve issues Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Handle concerns with empathy, clarity, and professionalism What We’re Looking For Active insurance license (or ability to obtain one) Previous insurance or sales experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with solid computer and data entry skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Retail sales and customer service leaders often excel in this role.
