We are hiring for a mid-level copywriter. You'll be joining an incredibly talented team of writers, working on one of Canada’s leading apparel brands and the nicest clients you could imagine. Canadian applicants only – ideally located west, working in PST.

Copywriter
Location:
Vancouver, B.C., or remote within Canada (Pacific Time Zone only)
About the role: OLIVER is hiring a Copywriter to join our team partnering with one of Canada’s leading apparel brands. If you love to write engaging copy, have experience with lifestyle/retail industries, and appreciate an Oxford comma, then this is the role for you!
What you will be doing:
Engaging headlines, sub‑heads, and content copy across all channels
Ensure that the work delivered meets the goals of the brief
Create and repurpose content for different uses while working within brand guidelines
Work closely with account managers and designers to take a brief from beginning to end
Ensure consistency and quality across all written content
Present and articulate concepts to clients while skillfully managing client feedback
What you need to be great in this role:
5+ years’ experience writing in an advertising agency, with experience working on apparel/retail industries
Prior experience managing cross‑functional projects and well‑developed project management skills
Ability to manage a high volume of assets across various channels
Experience presenting ideas to clients and clearly articulating your ideas
Enjoyment of working in a team‑oriented, collaborative style with the ability to problem‑solve
At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $76,500.00 to $85,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
