Regional Sales Manager – Southern & South Eastern U.S. Full-Time | Direct Hire Drive Growth. Build Markets. Lead Customer Success. Our client, headquartered in Switzerland with significant North American Operations, is seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and market expansion across the
Southern and South Eastern United States . This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who thrives on developing new business, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering technical solutions to industrial customers. The ideal candidate is a results-driven “hunter” with strong relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for growing market share within OEM, distributor, and end-user channels. Key Responsibilities Drive aggressive sales growth and expand market penetration across assigned territories Execute and adapt the global sales strategy to regional customer segments and industry applications Identify, develop, and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, resellers, and key end users Prospect and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts Build brand awareness and increase market presence throughout the region Provide solution-oriented technical sales support, product training, and customer guidance Collaborate with representatives and channel partners to maximize revenue growth Identify emerging applications, industries, and sales channels to accelerate business development Initiate and support digital marketing and lead-generation activities Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems Qualifications Technical education background with additional training in mechanical engineering, sales, or business administration preferred Several years of successful industrial sales experience, preferably within industrial components or engineered products Proven experience selling through OEM, distribution, and reseller channels Strong business development mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory effectively Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Experience utilizing CRM platforms and sales analytics tools to drive performance - What They Offer Opportunity to directly influence and shape the companies growth strategy in key U.S. markets A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with strong global support and collaboration Career growth opportunities within an international organization Advanced systems, digital tools, and operational support to maximize your success A collaborative global team culture built on innovation and performance Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Wellness Program Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer.
