De taken voor deze functie zijn als volgt:
- Het tijdig verzamelen van alle relevante gegevens over vluchten bij de daartoe aangewezen personen en instanties uit de beschikbare systemen en het geven van opvolging van wijzigingen daarin;
- Het doorgeven van de relevante informatie aan de juiste personen en instanties;
- Het tijdig verzamelen van alle vereiste gegevens voor een correcte afhandeling;
- Het tijdig voorbereiden en doorgeven van alle vlucht gerelateerde gegevens;
- Het verzamelen van alle gegevens, betrekking hebbende op een bepaalde vlucht volgens de richtlijnen van de maatschappij, en overheidsinstanties
- Het registreren van vluchtgegevens in het systeem;
- Het berekenen, opstellen en verwerken van beladingen volgens de voorschriften van de luchtvaartmaatschappij;
- Aftekenen van het loadsheet.
Functie-eisen
- Minimaal 8 jaar woonachtig (ingeschreven) in Nederland en niet in aanraking geweest met justitie in verband met het verkrijgen van een Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar (VGB).
- MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau;
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in soort gelijke functie;
- Ervaring met W&B is een pré;
- Goede mondelinge- en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid;
- Goede kennis van de Nederlandse – en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, eventuele aanvullende talen is een pre; (talen zullen worden getoetst in een taalvaardigheidstoets)
- Kennis van de luchthaven-, airline- en bedrijfsvoorschriften, alsmede aan de nationale en internationale veiligheidsregelgeving omtrent luchtverkeer;
- Ten alle tijden (binnen een uur) van en naar de Luchthaven kunnen komen;
- Begrijp je hoe het werkt in een grote organisatie en de culturele sensitiviteit;
