- Unterstützung der Konstruktionsabteilungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Einführung abteilungsübergreifender Geschäftsprozesse inklusive Abbildung in den PDM-, ERP- & CAD-Systemen sowie entsprechender Fachsoftware
- Sicherstellung der optimalen Einsatz- & Nutzungsfähigkeit von CAD, PDM, CAM & ERP
- Tägliche System- & Fehleranalyse
- 1st Level Suppart für alle CAd-User
- Durchführung von Updates & Inhouse-Schulungen
- Anpassung & Konfiguration der Schnittstellen zu weiteren Tools & Systemen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (technisches) Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Techniker etc)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der CAD Systeme
- Erste Erfahrung bei der Unterstützung von CAD-Benutzern von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von IT-Systemen im Engineering-Bereich wünschenswert
- Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse
- Basiskenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP) wünschenswert
- Kommunikativer Teamplayer mit Problemlösungskompetenz sowie selbständiger Arbeitsweise
- sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse (Blick über den Tellerrand)
