Position:Finance Manager
Job Description:

As a Finance Manager in the Global Semiconductor finance organization, you will be responsible for global finance support, coordinating across global business leaders and global finance teams. You will manage and oversee forecasting and analysis, consolidating forecasts across the semiconductor business, financial reporting, and other requests as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:
● Ability to partner strategically with executive management. 
● Present to management regarding special projects and leadership activities, which rely on analytical conclusions.
● Lead special projects related to: new processes, issues or changes in structure.

● As allowed by applicable law, this role may need to perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements.

● Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
● Serves as an expert within own discipline
● Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects

● Trains/mentors junior staff
● As allowed by applicable law, this role may need to perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements.

●Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$121,300.00 - $150,040.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
