Junior Galerie & Backoffice Assistant (100% | vor Ort in Zug)
Für unsere international ausgerichtete Galerie in Zug suchen wir eine zuverlässige und engagierte Unterstützung im Bereich Galerieorganisation, Administration und täglicher Ablaufkoordination.
Die Position ist bewusst als Junior-Funktion konzipiert und eignet sich ideal für Personen, die strukturiert arbeiten, gerne Verantwortung im operativen Tagesgeschäft übernehmen und Interesse an einem kreativen, dynamischen Umfeld mitbringen. Menschen sortieren bekanntlich ihr Leben über Excel-Listen und Post-its. In einer Galerie passiert das Gleiche, nur mit Kunstwerken im Wert eines Einfamilienhauses.
Ihre Aufgaben
Unterstützung im täglichen Betrieb der Galerie
Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
Bearbeitung der täglichen Korrespondenz und Post
Unterstützung im Backoffice und Büromanagement
Organisation und Kontrolle von Büromaterialien
Koordination und Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Arbeitsalltags
Unterstützung bei internen Abläufen, Vorbereitung von Meetings und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen, Kunden und Partnern
Rahmenbedingungen
100% Pensum
Arbeitsort ausschliesslich vor Ort in Zug
Kein Homeoffice vorgesehen
Einsatz an zwei Standorten in Zug
Wichtig
Diese Position ist bewusst als Junior-Rolle mit Schwerpunkt Organisation, Administration und Galerieassistenz aufgebaut. Gesucht wird eine diskrete, verlässliche Persönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, operative Aufgaben effizient umzusetzen und ein kleines Team im täglichen Ablauf aktiv zu unterstützen.
Ihr Profil
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Pflicht)
Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Organisationstalent und Freude an administrativen Aufgaben
Freundliches, professionelles und gepflegtes Auftreten
Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Interesse an Kunst, Kultur oder einem kreativen Umfeld von Vorteil
