Dental Assistant Opportunity

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for a motivated and positive Dental Assistant to join our team in Weston, WI!

No prior dental experience is required we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow within the dental field.

As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the doctor and team to help provide a comfortable and positive experience for patients while learning valuable clinical and patient care skills.

Schedule (days/hours): M-Th 7 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities
  • Assist the doctor during dental procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
  • Welcome and support patients throughout their visit
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office
  • Take and review patient information
  • Sterilize instruments and follow office safety protocols
  • Support the clinical team with day-to-day operations
Qualifications
  • No dental experience required training provided
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $20-$26/hour
