Für diese Mission suchen wir für unseren Bereich Finance in Garching bei München ab sofort einen
Head of Regulatory Policy (m/w/d) / Head of Regulatory Reportling Policies (m/w/d)- Sie sind verantwortlich für die und konzernweite bzw. bereichsübergreifende Umsetzung von neuen und geänderten Vorschriften im Bereich des Bankmeldewesen an die Aufsicht und andere Regulatoren; dabei berücksichtigen Sie die Anforderungen von europäischen und deutschen Aufsichtsbehörden.
- Die Analyse von Geschäftsvorfällen und neuen Sachverhalten auf die Meldungen mit Verfassung von Stellungnahmen ist in Ihrer Zuständigkeit.
- Projekte im Bankmeldewesen unterstützen Sie und setzen diese um.
- Sie führen ein Handbuchs zum Bankmeldewesen.
- Die Erstellung der Einlagensicherungsmeldung inkl. Stresstests liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung.
- Sie unterstützen operativ bei regulatorischen Meldungen mit der Software Abacus360.
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder in der Praxis erworbene vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Banklehre, Bankfachwirt)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im regulatorischen Meldewesen einer Bank oder ähnliche Berufserfahrung (z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Beratung)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Grundlagen (CRR, KWG u.a.)
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Meldewesensoftware Abacus A360
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insb. Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
