Agave Wire is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional service, and strategic account management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives top-notch support and assistance, fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the company. This position will report and sit in Rockwall, Texas. What We Need You To Do Address customer inquiries regarding product information and pricing. Route customers to the appropriate sales contact. Enter sales orders into the company's order entry system. Respond to incoming calls and emails received through the general company inbox. Work with the company's cross-functional resources (market managers, accounting, operations, and marketing) as needed. Create product quotes and manage pricing. Design and execute strategic sales initiatives. Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues. Educate customers on product features and benefits. Provide sales support as needed, including making outbound phone calls. Assist with administrative duties as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Need To Possess High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus). 4+years of experience in customer service or a related field. Sound problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented with excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
