The RoleAs a Sales Representative, you'll utilize your existing sales skills while mastering our proven system to:
- Generate substantial commissions through our refined sales process
- Lead professional roof inspections and damage assessments
- Navigate insurance claims to secure optimal outcomes for homeowners
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through canvassing and follow-ups
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets with our proven system
- Maintain 99% accuracy in customer documentation and CRM management
- Deliver exceptional customer service with 24-hour response times
- Develop expertise in exterior renovation and insurance claims

- Educating homeowners about roof and exterior damage
- Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process
- $2,000 Sign On Bonus (based on hit metrics)
- Typical earnings $80,000$200,000+
- Paid Weekly (Every Friday)

RISE (Rose Initiation: Standards of Excellence) is our 12-week personal and professional growth program designed to develop not just top performers, but strong, grounded leaders.
