Vacaturebeschrijving Over de functie
Als helpende plus bij onze afdeling kleinschalige dementiezorg (KSW) in Zaandam speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks welzijn van onze bewoners. Je werkt in een warme, huiselijke omgeving waar eigen regie en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. Samen met een betrokken team draag je bij aan een fijne leefomgeving waarin bewoners zich écht thuis voelen.
Wat ga je doen:
• Begeleiden, ondersteunen en stimuleren van bewoners om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te blijven leven.
• Bijdragen aan het voorkomen van achteruitgang en bevorderen van een goede kwaliteit van leven.
• Verlenen van zorg met aandacht voor zowel lichamelijke als geestelijke behoeften.
• Actief meedenken en bijdragen aan vernieuwingsprocessen waarbij de bewoner centraal staat.
• Creëren van een warme en gastvrije sfeer waarin bewoners zich veilig en welkom voelen.
Wat we je bieden
• Een salaris tussen € 2.573,47 en € 3.294,84 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband volgens CAO VVT FWG 30.
• Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
• Een parttime functie van 24 tot 28 uur per week.
• Reiskostenvergoeding volgens CAO VVT, zodat je zorgeloos naar je werk kunt reizen.
• Vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering en pensioensopbouw voor financiële zekerheid.
• Toegang tot een extra Flexbudget voor persoonlijke wensen en behoeften.
Functie-eisen
We zoeken een enthousiaste Helpende Plus met affiniteit voor kleinschalige dementiezorg.
• Afgeronde MBO-opleiding Helpende Plus.
• Flexibel inzetbaar voor ochtend-, avond- en weekenddiensten.
• Ervaring met kleinschalige dementiezorg (KSW).
• Bereidheid om een geldige VOG te overleggen.

Op deze warme en gastvrije zorglocatie in Zaandam, midden in het groen bij het Darwinpark, staat de mens achter de zorgvraag centraal. Vanuit een humanistische visie krijgt iedere bewoner ruimte voor eigen regie, wensen en mogelijkheden, in een huiselijke omgeving waar verzorging en verpleging samenkomen.
