About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chair for the Department of Pediatrics and Pediatrician-in-Chief. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the pediatric department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to the pediatric population. This role involves fostering a culture of academic excellence, research, and professional development within the department, as well as promoting collaboration and integration of pediatric services with the broader healthcare system. The Chair will also be involved in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff, and will serve as a key representative of the department both within the institution and in the wider medical community. Applicants for the Chair, Department of Pediatrics and Pediatrician-in-Chief position at the company should have a medical degree and be board-certified in pediatrics. A strong background in clinical care, education, and research is essential, as is a proven track record of leadership and management in an academic or clinical setting.
