28 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:40am - 3:20pm), 39 weeks per year

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in their learning and development across the school. Working closely with class teachers and the wider staff team, you will provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play a key role in supporting pupils to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • The ability to support learning within the classroom and through small group interventions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, patient and organised approach
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
  • A commitment to inclusion and supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
