Senior Client Service Consultant (w/m/d)
Deine Herausforderung
Entscheidungsträger für komplexe High-Risk- und Ongoing-Monitoring-Fälle
Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des First-Line-Risk-Frameworks inkl. Kontrollen
Leitung und Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Projekte (Digitalisierung, Prozessautomatisierung, Kontrollsysteme)
Sparring Partner für Front Management, RM, Compliance und Legal
Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Risk-/Compliance-/Management Committees
Coaching und Mentoring von Junior und Professional CSCs
Vertretung des Bereichs/Region gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Revision, FMA im Rahmen von Prüfungen)
Operative Unterstützung von Junior und Professional CSC, z.B. i.S.d. 4-Augen-Prinzips, Review, Second Opinion etc.
Dein Profil
Höhere Ausbildung
(sehr) tiefes Verständnis der relevanten regulatorischen Landschaft, z.B. MiFID, AIA, FATCA etc.
Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse von Avaloq
Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Risk Management, Compliance oder CLM
Empathie und Lösungsorientierung in Interaktionen mit Fronteinheiten, im Team, mit Stakeholdern oder Management
Ausgeprägtes Urteilsvermögen, Entscheidungsstärke, Leadership-Fähigkeiten
Strategisches und prozessuales Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, wesentliche Tätigkeiten zu priorisieren
Fähigkeit, argumentbasiert bei Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Stufen Wirkung zu erzielen
Stilsicheres Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
