Als machine operator draag je bij aan een soepel en efficiënt productieproces in een innovatieve omgeving. Je werkt samen met een team van 6-10 collega’s en de shiftleader om hoogwaardige kunststofverpakkingen te produceren. In deze rol krijg je te maken met technische uitdagingen, zoals het oplossen van storingen en het bijstellen van machines, terwijl je de kwaliteitsnormen hooghoudt. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving door deel te nemen aan de BHV-organisatie.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Opstarten, instellen en uitschakelen van machines: zorgen dat het productieproces soepel verloopt.
- Bijstellen van machines: aanpassen van instellingen om optimale prestaties te garanderen.
- Uitvoeren van controles: controleren van temperaturen, druk en andere procesparameters.
- Signaleren en oplossen van storingen: uitvoeren van kleine reparaties en voorkomen van stilstand.
- Bijdragen aan veiligheid: deelnemen aan de BHV-organisatie en naleven van veiligheidsprotocollen.

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.590,- en € 3.180,-.
- Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Een werkweek van 37,5 uur in een 3-ploegendienst.
- 20% ploegentoeslag voor werken in ploegendiensten.
- Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21/km (10-35 km).
- 25 vakantiedagen en een collectieve pensioenregeling.
We zoeken een leergierige en technisch ingestelde machine operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en goed functioneert in een teamomgeving.
- Minimaal VMBO-werk- en denkniveau.
- Ervaring als operator of aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek.
- Bekendheid met productieomgevingen en werken in ploegendiensten.
- Beheersing van Nederlands en basis Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
- Oplossingsgericht denken en bereidheid om continu te leren.
