Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de sourcing ciblées pour divers groupes de profils
- Construire une approche de recrutement innovante et digitale
- Approcher activement les candidats via LinkedIn Recruiter, jobboards, plateformes de niche et réseaux sociaux
- Utiliser les réseaux sociaux de manière stratégique pour renforcer un employer branding fort et cohérent
- Créer du contenu authentique et des récits engageants afin de positionner attractivement notre organisation
- Développer et entretenir des viviers de talents et des réseaux durables
- Analyser les données de recrutement afin d’optimiser les actions de sourcing
- Gérer l’ensemble du processus de recrutement de l’intake à l’onboarding
- Effectuer le screening et la sélection des candidats via des entretiens approfondis et basés sur les compétences
- Formuler des avis de sélection argumentés et analytiques
- Conseiller et challenger les hiring managers afin de les soutenir dans des décisions fondées
- Contribuer activement à la digitalisation et à l’optimisation continue du processus de sélection.
- Vous disposez d’une expérience avérée en recrutement avec une expertise en sourcing actif et employer branding
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques d’entretien basées sur les compétences
- Vous êtes un·e pionnier·ère en social recruiting et savez inspirer et entraîner les autres dans l’utilisation de nouveaux outils et méthodes
- Vous communiquez avec impact et conseillez les hiring managers avec conviction
- Vous travaillez de manière analytique, stratégique et orientée résultats, et transformez les insights en actions concrètes
- Vous développez activement votre réseau et connaissez parfaitement le marché du travail
- Vous vous exprimez couramment en néerlandais et en français.
