Territory Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to travel frequently (50%+) within the Texas territory
- Strong command of CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite
- Proven hunter - does not wait for business to come to them
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously/remotely
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Territory Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Passion or experience in combat sports, specifically boxing or MMA
- Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Odoo CRM platforms
- Experience building a new sales territory or launching products in new markets
