Unser Bereich MP - Mercedes-Benz Procurement and Supplier Quality - verantwortet ein jährliches Einkaufsvolumen im zweistelligen Milliardenbereich und sichert die Kaufteilqualität aller Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans weltweit. Mit einem Netzwerk von rund 1.500 Lieferanten global stellen wir sicher, dass unsere Werke stets mit den besten Materialien versorgt werden. Du möchtest praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Supplier Performance Engineering sammeln und aktiv in den Job eines Qualitätsingenieurs hineinschnuppern, hast Spaß daran in einem motivierten Team zu arbeiten, vielfältige Einblicke in die operativen und strategischen Reifegradabsicherungsprozesse und -abläufe der Mercedes-Benz AG zu erhalten, eng mit Lieferanten und Fachbereichen zusammen zu arbeiten und zu verstehen, wie eine moderne und professionelle Beschaffungsorganisation geleitet und gesteuert wird?

Unser Team ist zuständig für Qualität der Kaufteile, die im Exterieur verbaut werden. Wenn Qualitätsprobleme bei unseren internationalen Lieferanten aufkommen, sind wir für die nachhaltige Behebung der Problematik in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lieferanten verantwortlich. Gleichzeitig hinterfragen wir potenziell neue Lieferanten vor deren Nominierung durch den Facheinkauf und tragen somit zur präventiven Absicherung der Qualität zukünftiger Mercedes-Benz Fahrzeuge bei. Wir kommen somit in sehr früher Phase mit den zukünftigen Mercedes-Benz Fahrzeugen in Berührung. Hierbei stimmen wir uns interdisziplinär mit der Entwicklung der Komponenten im Mercedes-Benz Technologiecenter (MTC) in Sindelfingen ab. Bevor ein neuer Mercedes auf den Markt kommt, haben wir im Vorfeld den Aufbau der Produktionen bei unseren Lieferanten auf Prozesssicherheit und machbare Kapazität geprüft.
Deine spannenden Aufgaben als Werkstudent*in: Als integraler Bestandteil unseres Teams übernimmst Du verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben, die Dir einen echten Einblick in den Job eines Qualitätsingenieurs geben:
- Unterstützung in der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Reifegradterminen mit globalen Lieferanten
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits nach VDA 6.3
- Tracking und Änderungsmanagement von Neuteilen
- Teilnahme an internen Qualitätsgremienterminen
- Mitwirken bei digitalen Lösungen und KI-gestützten Ansätzen zur Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätsprognose im Supplier Quality Engineering
- Erstellen von aussagekräftigen Analysen und Dashboards mit Power BI zu Qualitätsthemen am Markt und Lieferantenperformance
Die Tätigkeit kann ab August 2026 beginnen.
