Deine Rolle
Als Order-to-Cash Specialist mit Fokus Debitorenbuchhaltung & Forderungsmanagement bist Du das operative Rückgrat unseres Forderungsmanagements. Du verantwortest den vollständigen Order-to-Cash-Prozess – von der Bonitätsprüfung über die Zahlungszuordnung bis zum Mahnwesen. In dieser neu geschaffenen Position bündeln wir Finanzkompetenzen, die bisher auf mehrere Bereiche verteilt waren, und schaffen so effiziente, schlanke Prozesse mit klaren Verantwortlichkeiten.
- Zahlungsmanagement: Du hast die tägliche Überprüfung und Zuordnung von Zahlungseingängen in unserem ERP-System im Blick. Du identifizierst Zahlungsabweichungen, stellst eine korrekte Zuordnung sicher und hast die täglichen Freigaben und Dokumentation in Deiner Verantwortung.
- Buchungsprüfung & Kontierung: Du prüfst täglich alle relevanten Buchungen auf Korrektheit, nimmst manuelle Kontierungen vor (z.B. Rechnungskorrekturen) und korrigierst fehlerhafte Zuordnungen.
- Bonitätsprüfung: Du bewertest die Bonität einzelner Kunden nach definierten Kriterien und gibst Aufträge in Abstimmung mit unserem Sales-Team frei.
- Mahnwesen: Du analysierst unsere offenen Forderungen, hast alle Mahnstufen unter Kontrolle und steuerst die systemgenerierten Mahnläufe.
- Prozessoptimierung: Du verstehst unser internationales E-Commerce Business von Order-to-Cash, dokumentierst Sonderfälle, schlägst Prozessverbesserungen vor und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Systemanpassungen.
- Du bist Teil der Abteilung Corporate Services und arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen, gegenseitige Vertretung und Unterstützung in verschiedenen Aufgabenbereichen sind für uns selbstverständlich.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Buchhalter / Buchhalterin, Bürokaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung, im Forderungsmanagement oder vergleichbaren Bereichen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Zahlungsabwicklung und im Mahnwesen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, sowie hohes Interesse an IT-Systemoptimierungen.
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denkvermögen und Detailgenauigkeit.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit Blick auf Verbesserungspotentiale.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
