Dublin to recruit a Social Care Worker on a permanent 39-hour contract.
You'll be supporting people with autism to live meaningful, self-directed lives, working alongside a committed team in a service where person-centred support is at the heart of everything they do.

Your day-to-day: Providing direct, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, goals and Personal Centred Plan (PCP) Building trusting, professional relationships with the people you support, their families and the wider multidisciplinary team Supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, skill development and community participation Promoting independence, choice and the rights of the people you support Contributing to support plans, reviews and daily records to a high standard Working collaboratively within the team on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and waking night shifts The essentials: QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care/Studies/Practice or a relevant Schedule 3 qualification recognised by CORU Current CORU registration, or proof of an application in progress A minimum of six months' recent experience supporting people with complex needs An understanding of autism and person-centred approaches to support Strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to work on your own initiative A full clean manual driving licence with the willingness to drive service vehicles The package: Salary starting from €38,918 per annum Permanent 39-hour contract Premium rates for evening and weekend work Company pension with employer contribution Sick pay scheme and healthcare supports Paid maternity and paternity leave 22 days annual leave plus your birthday off Paid breaks Education Support Scheme Bike to Work Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Comprehensive induction, ongoing training and excellent career progression opportunities Please note: Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland. xyswxtq
