So sieht dein neuer Job aus:
Deine Hauptaufgabe ist die (Weiter-)Entwicklung von «Fabasoft OneGov», unserer Geschäftsverwaltungslösung und der Sitzungsmanagementlösung «Fabasoft Boards», angefangen vom Design und der Konzeption über die Implementierung bis hin zum Deployment.
Du implementierst zukunftsweisende AI Use-Cases auf Basis von Mindbreeze AI und entwickelst Agentic AI-Workflows, die aktiv Prozesse unterstützen.
Du bringst frische Ideen ein, denkst mit und übernimmst Verantwortung.
Du arbeitest in einem motivierten Team nach Scrum und legst grossen Wert auf exzellente Code-Qualität.
Du erlernst die domain-specific language von Fabasoft, basierend auf bekannten Konzepten aus Java oder ähnlichen Sprachen, um eine hochperformante Lösung auf unserer bestehenden Cloud-Infrastruktur aufzubauen.
So stellen wir uns dich vor:
Studium in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (FH, Uni, HF, HTL) und idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung.
Gute Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Programmierung, idealerweise Java.
Hohes Mass an Eigenmotivation, Lernfreude und die Ambition, dich fachlich zum Senior Developer weiterzuentwickeln.
Ambition neue Technologien zu erlernen und Softwarelösungen von Anfang bis Ende zu konzipieren und umzusetzen.
Freude an Teamarbeit, Neugierde, Verlässlichkeit sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
