This position is remote, but candidate must live in one of the following states:
AK, NC, SC, GA, FL, MO, VA, OK, TX, TN
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Overseeing the customer’s experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
Acting as liaison between the customer and the company.
Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues timely and professionally.
Monitor and track delivery on parts necessary for completion of service requests.
Ensuring the product is processed and shipped timely to meet customer expectations.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and success metrics.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
Properly coordinate and schedule completion of work based on parts delivery.
Experience: 4 years’ experience in Customer Service Role.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal/written customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts.
High‑Energy professional who is detail oriented and able to work well under pressure.
Must be able to work with MS Office (Word / Excel).
Data entry skills.
Ability to work independently.
2-year college degree or equivalent.
