About the Role:

We build scalable analytics platforms that turn complex data into clear business strategy. We believe that enterprise analytics does not have to be slow or complicated. We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager who can take ownership of our data strategy and analytical frameworks. You are not just building dashboards; you are shaping how the business understands and uses data. You will lead a small, highly skilled analytics team, translating complex datasets into clear insights that guide executive decisions. You are the bridge between raw data, technical systems, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Strategy Ownership: Define and maintain enterprise wide data models, reporting structures, and performance metrics across business units.
Advanced Analytics Delivery: Lead the development of dashboards, forecasting models, and actionable insights that support strategic planning.
Team Leadership: Mentor analysts and data specialists, conduct performance reviews, and ensure high quality analytical output across the team.
Data Governance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting systems and analytics platforms.
Stakeholder Management: Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating technical findings into clear business language.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6 plus years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Portfolio: Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business impact through data insights, reporting systems, or predictive analytics.
Tooling: Strong experience with SQL, Python, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
Language Skills: English B2 to C1 is required for cross functional collaboration.
Mindset: You are analytical, structured, and business focused, with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
Pay: £5,800.00-£8,800.00 per month
