we want to meet you./ppITW Food Equipment Group has an opening for a Territory Sales Manager. The role is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities while expanding business with existing customers and maintaining superior quality. This role has the opportunity to interface with a wide variety of external and internal stakeholders including end users, foodservice dealers, consultants, internal product development teams and sales leadership. This position requires a self-motivated individual that can work independently to drive the sales within the geographic territory
via a growth mindset. This position must be based in Orlando, Florida./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliRepresent ITW Food Equipment Group (FEG) brands in the assigned territory./liliIdentify competitive issues, industry trends and business opportunities to meet/exceed assigned sales and profitability targets./liliRigorously develops and maintains strong customer relationships within assigned territory to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction./liliServes as a customer advocate and trusted business advisor./liliUtilize value added selling process while executing go to market strategy and negotiating skills to close business./liliWork collaboratively with existing Sales Manager and Independent Rep Group to grow sales in the territory./liliWork cross functionally with FEG Product lines to implement and achieve annual initiatives including installation teams, branches and service contractors./liliUtilize CRM to create and drive FEG transactional and project opportunities/liliPrepare and conduct business reviews to senior management and select 80 dealers./liliMaintain knowledge of all FEG product lines applicable to industry needs./liliExpert in specifications and applications of all FEG equipment lines./liliManage and negotiate competitive bid project work with multiple distribution partners./liliPlan, prepare and conduct regional training meetings on all product lines./liliConduct all activities in keeping with company policies and procedures./li/ulpWhat You Bring/pulliBachelors degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience/liliStrong sales history ideally with experience in food equipment working directly with dealers, rep groups, end users or in other business-to-business environments/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation skills/liliStrong organizational skills/liliProficient in Microsoft Office applications/li/ulpWhy Youll Love Working Here/pulliBe part of a respected global company with a reputation for quality and innovation./liliEnjoy a collaborative, people-first culture that values growth and creativity./liliMake a tangible impact with industry-leading brands trusted by professionals worldwide./liliCompetitive compensation and benefits package./li/ulpApply today and help shape the future of foodservice and retail equipment with ITW Food Equipment Group./ppITW is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
