Our goal is to secure commitments from these potential referral sources. Additionally, we aim to foster strong connections with our existing customers and referral partners through regular phone and in-person interactions, ensuring their continued loyalty and support. By maintaining active engagement, we enhance customer retention and strengthen our network of reliable referral sources./ppResponsibilities include identifying potential new customers and referral sources, creating and maintaining sales route records, performing sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects, gaining commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services, completing weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner, attending weekly sales meetings, maintaining phone and in-person contact with existing customers, maintaining customer contact database, making group presentations to prospective organizations, and consistent, effective involvement in trade, community, and networking organizations, and participation in networking activities and events./ppQualifications include an associate degree in business, marketing, or related field with a bachelors degree preferred, four to six years of experience with relationship selling to high-level executives, understanding and effectively applying the concepts of differentiation and adding value, knowledge of customer markets, the issues, and the challenges they face, and the ability to translate that information into useful selling strategies, understanding the concepts and content of financial reports: Profit
Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, strong math skills, ability to translate information regarding a prospects business into estimated revenue potential, comfortable comparing actual performance to established plans for selling activity and revenue generation, and proficiency in the use of computers and computer software including enterprise systems and MS Office, Word, and Excel./ppCompensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year/p/div
