Für unser Geschäftsfeld Omnichannel im Tribe Omnikanal, Portal und API Enabler (OMCOPA) suchen wir dich in Vollzeit. Deine Tätigkeit ist dem Chapter/Squad Site Reliability Engineering zugeordnet. Hier arbeitest du mit den Kolleg*innen standortübergreifend und mit vielfältigen Schnittstellen zusammen.
- Du bist für die Einführung von SRE-/DevOps-Praktiken verantwortlich sowie für die Beratung der Entwicklungsteams.
- Du stellst die Systemstabilität durch Observability, Monitoring (z. B. Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace) und die Kapazitätsplanung sicher.
- Du behebst Störungen mit anschließenden Root-Cause-Analysen und bist verantwortlich für 2nd/3rd Levelsupport.
- Du arbeitest mit dem Team sowohl an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Betriebsprozesse und -automationen mithilfe verschiedener Scriptsprachen und Tools als auch an der Entwicklung von Ideen und Lösungen zur weiteren Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Verfügbarkeit unserer Services.
- Du unterstützt bei Sicherheits- und Compliance-Themen sowie Umsetzung von Best Practices.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Performance-Optimierung sowie in der Stabilisierung und Skalierung kritischer Produktionsservices.
- Du bringst praktische Erfahrung mit SRE-/DevOps-Methoden, Monitoring-Tools und Cloud-Technologien (z. B. Kubernetes, Docker) mit sowie Kenntnisse in Scriptsprachen/Programmiersprachen (Bash, Perl, Python, Go, Node.js) und GIT.
- Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung mit der Google Cloud Platform (GCP), insbesondere mit GKE.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit SRE, SLIs, SLOs, Error Budget, Toil Reduktion sowie mit der agilen Softwareentwicklung.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und über gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau).
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine hohe Teamfähigkeit, dein analytisches Denken, deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie deine selbständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative aus.
