Für unseren Bereich Research & Development suchen wir einen engagierten Teamplayer, der uns mit seiner Expertise im Technologie-Team unterstützt und die Verantwortung für Technologie-Scouting übernimmt und Trends analysiert.
Deine Aufgaben
Aufbau und systematische Weiterentwicklung des unternehmensweiten Technologie-Scoutings
Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung neuer, insbesondere disruptiver Technologien, Trends und wissenschaftlicher Entwicklungen mit strategischer Relevanz
Leitung von Technologie Entwicklungsprojekten
Aufbau und Pflege eines hochqualifizierten Netzwerks mit Universitäten, Forschungsinstituten, Technologiepartnern und Konsortien
Beantragung von Förderungsmitteln
Mitgestaltung technologischer Roadmaps und Ableitung konkreter Entwicklungsinitiativen
Erstellung strategischer Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
Dein Profil
Abschluss FH oder Universität im Bereich Physik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar; Promotion von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im akademischen Umfeld und in der Industrie im Bereich Technologieentwicklung
Erfolgsnachweise im Aufbau und der Durchführung geförderter Forschungsprojekte
Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes technologisches Verständnis
Fähigkeit, komplexe Technologien zu erfassen, kritisch zu bewerten und in strategische Initiativen zu überführen
Starker Netzwerkaufbau und -pflege, überzeugendes Auftreten in wissenschaftlichen und industriellen Kontexten
Strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit Umsetzungsstärke
