Online Marketing / eCommerce Specialist
Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:
Als zentrale Ansprechperson gestalten und steuern Sie unsere digitalen Werbe- und E-Commerce-Aktivitäten - von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
Sie übernehmen die Leitung und Steuerung von E-Commerce-Projekten, insbesondere für Webshops und Marktplätze
Zeitpläne und Budgets haben Sie im Blick und sorgen für ein effizientes Monitoring
Die Verwaltung und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Webshops sowie die Optimierung der Customer Journey liegen in Ihren Händen
Durch gezielte Online-Marketing-Kampagnen steigern Sie Traffic und Conversion-Raten
Mit SEO- und SEM-Strategien sorgen Sie für eine starke Online-Präsenz
Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, einschließlich Performance-Marketing-Agenturen, Zahlungsanbietern etc.
Ihr Profil:
Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Online-Marketing, E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Sie verfügen über erste Erfahrung in der Planung, Organisation und Analyse von Projekten, idealerweise im Online-Marketing und E-Commerce
Eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus - eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität ist für Sie selbstverständlich
Sie arbeiten verantwortungsbewusst und finden die richtige Balance zwischen Pragmatismus und Qualität
Als Teamplayer kommunizieren Sie klar und zielgerichtet
Hohe Kundenorientierung ist Ihnen wichtig, und Sie setzen sich aktiv für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Online-Shopping-Erlebnisses ein
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
