Um unsere Expansion weiter fortzusetzen, suchen wir dich als Payroll Expert/Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d).
- Anleitung und Unterstützung des Payroll Teams
- Die enge Zusammenarbeit auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene mit den HR-Teams
- Die Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in unseren bundesweiten Filialen mit fundierten Prozess- und Fachwissen
- Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnabrechnung
- Austausch mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Ämtern sowie die Verarbeitung der Daten
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Payroll und der Prozesse
- Klärung von steuerrechtlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Besonderheiten
- Unterstützung bei Audits und SV-, sowie Steuerprüfungen
- Bearbeitung von Lohnpfändungen und Insolvenzen
- Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der (internen und/oder externen) Gehaltsabrechnung sowie ein fundiertes Fachwissen
- Routinierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel
- Kenntnisse in SAP-HCM (Personalabrechnung) und SuccessFactors (EC Payroll) vorteilhaft
- Ein hohes Maß an Verschwiegenheit sowie absolute Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum strukturierten Arbeiten
- Ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
