This is an entry level position that will provide assistance to our customers from our branch located in Dublin. The role's responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales support, you should stay up-to-date with product features, manage stock levels and inventory within customers' facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new and diverse challenges daily. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting with sales/customer service Managing inventory Placing and fulfilling orders Receiving and shipping inventory Performing deliveries with a company vehicle REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in Ireland (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient computer skills Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency Highly motivated and customer service orientated Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages on a regular basis PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Interest in career advancement Possess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market ONBOARDING AND TRAINING We invest in our 20,000+ team members by providing structured curricula for career advancement through our internal business school, the Fastenal School of Business (FSB).
