About the Role
Are you a detail-driven payroll professional who thrives on accuracy and compliance? We’re looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to take ownership of our payroll operations and play a key role in supporting our Human Resources team. In this position, you’ll ensure every employee is paid accurately and on time while contributing to a broad range of HR functions that keep our organization running smoothly. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, the position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Franklin, TN office.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you’ll be a trusted partner across the organization—bringing expertise, reliability, and a solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do.
What You’ll Do
As our Senior Payroll Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:
Payroll Processing & Administration
- Process weekly payroll for all Wesley companies, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for every team member.
- Manage payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes in ADP.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of all payroll transactions.
- Generate payroll reports on an as-needed basis using ADP.
